The Moose Jaw & District Food Bank opened its doors in 1985, and handed out almost 1200 food hampers in it’s first year. Today we serve more than 3x that many, providing emergency food rations that help to feed nearly 850 people from our community each and every month. One in ten households in Moose Jaw will use our services during the year, and 2 out of every 5 people we help feed are children. If you would like to learn more about how you can help us help your neighbours, please send us an email or stop by our office during the week anytime between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m.
