MJ Early Years - Family RESOURCE CENTER
The Moose Jaw Early Years Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a free, welcoming space for families with children from prenatal to age five. It offers early childhood and parenting support in a safe, inclusive environment. As part of a province-wide network, the centre partners with local agencies to connect families with valuable services and information.
All services are provided at no cost. Families complete a one-time membership form to access the centre, and many activities welcome walk-ins. Program details are regularly updated on their website and social media. The centre is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and some Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH: PEER SUPPORT GROUP
The Maternal Mental Health Peer Support Group in Moose Jaw provides a safe and supportive space for parents experiencing maternal mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and postpartum concerns. Led by trained peers with lived experience, the group offers understanding, connection, and encouragement to support parents on their mental health journey.
This free group meets regularly to share stories, coping strategies, and helpful resources in a welcoming and confidential environment. It is open to all parents and caregivers in Moose Jaw and surrounding areas.
Meetings are held weekly on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM via Zoom:

Pro bono law - Saskatchewan
Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan (PBLS) provides free legal assistance to low-income individuals across the province through a network of volunteer lawyers. Operating legal clinics in multiple communities, PBLS offers up to one hour of legal advice on a wide range of issues including family, civil, and immigration law. While they do not offer full legal representation, they help bridge the gap between government legal aid and private counsel. Services are confidential and available by appointment.
