Jason Moore Executive Director

Jason is the first Executive Director of the Moose Jaw & District Food Bank. His dedication and passion for the community shines through every project he's been a part of, including his previous work with the MJFB. Jason's commitment to serving the community with purposeful vision, empathy, and compassion will take our Food Bank to new heights, as he works to implement programming that grows with our city.

Terri Smith Volunteer Coordinator

Terri is a "Jill of all trades" when it comes to the operations at the Moose Jaw and District Food Bank. Terri has faithfully served the Food Bank for 20 years, starting as a part time driver, working her way to the top as the Operations Manager. It is her positive can do attitude and endless compassion for those she serves that make Terri the glue that has kept our organization together for these past several years Her dedication to and passion for her work make Terri a valuable resource in our community.

Melisa Proulx Harvest Pantry Supervisor

Melisa is a long-time friend of the Food Bank, and we're so excited she's decided to come on board! Melisa works directly with clients to register them for their emergency hampers. Melisa creates a safe, non-judgmental environment that is welcoming to everyone who enters the building. Melisa works alongside volunteers to ensure a hassle-free experience for each client, and has a lot of fun doing it!

Anthonette Aquino Administrative Services Coordinator

Toni brings heart, organization, and fresh energy to the Moose Jaw & District Food Bank. As our Administrative Services Coordinator, she has fully embraced her role with professionalism, creativity, and purpose. Whether she’s managing day-to-day operations, supporting our programs, or helping ensure the smooth coordination of community events, Toni approaches every task with care and dedication. Her strong organizational skills and thoughtful communication help keep our team connected and our mission moving forward. Toni’s enthusiasm and reliability make her an essential part of our organization, helping to build a stronger, more compassionate community where no neighbor faces hunger alone.

Amrutha Adiyath Technical and Client Resource Coordinator

Amrutha supports the Moose Jaw & District Food Bank by managing and improving our digital systems, ensuring both staff and clients can access services efficiently. She maintains our online platforms for client intake, volunteer scheduling, and appointments, provides technical support and training, and keeps our website and resources up to date. Passionate about using technology to make a difference, Amrutha works to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and create user-friendly solutions for our community.

Andrew Aquino Warehouse Supervisor

Andrew joined us recently and has already shown incredible dedication, positivity, and leadership in the warehouse. He oversees daily warehouse operations, supports and coordinates volunteers, ensures donations are received and sorted efficiently, and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. His calm presence, strong work ethic, and natural ability to organize and motivate others make him a fantastic fit for this role.
